Volkswagen Group Retail Spain’s telemedicine branding system was built to introduce a digital healthcare service in a corporate setting. The design balanced technical medical content with the company’s established automotive identity, maintaining clarity and credibility across digital and print formats.
The system used a bilateral grid layout, bold sans-serif type for legibility, and a palette of medical teal, clinical white, and dark navy to bridge healthcare and corporate tones. Simple line icons marked core features: video consultations, medical chat, and specialist access. A structured call-to-action block anchored each layout. Formats included an A3 poster, A5 flyer, and digital wallpaper, each with a QR code for direct entry.
The work clarified service functions and improved internal visibility, positioning the offer as a clear and accessible benefit.
