Employee Healthcare Campaign
Volkswagen Group Retail Spain needed to communicate a new healthcare benefit to their employees and encourage sign-ups. Low awareness of the program meant workers were missing out on a valuable perk, so the materials had to be clear, visible, and trustworthy.
I handled the full visual direction of the campaign. I chose a color palette that would build confidence and stand out against the workplace environment, while staying consistent with Volkswagen's brand by using the official typography and logo. I designed three formats covering the employee's day: a wall poster for high-visibility areas, a desktop wallpaper for computer screens, and a desk brochure workers could read at their own pace.
The campaign drove strong participation, with a large share of employees signing up for the healthcare service after the materials were rolled out.
